Monday June 6th 2022: Rep. Sandra Feist (DFL) District: 41B visits Columbia Heights Public Library for the on-going English Language Learners Conversation Circle led by Twin Cities actor Paul Cram held each Monday from 5:30 pm – 6:30 pm.

Paul said “Fun fact, Sandra Feist is not only serves in the MN House of Representatives, she also is an immigration attorney and mom. I discovered those last two tidbits while reaching out to her in 2021 to ask her to support a tax incentive for movie and tv production here in the state. (which passed!) It was during those interactions that I mentioned my volunteer work at the library, and she asked if she could come join us sometime, and so she did. I am so happy she came to the group. It made all of the participants feel special and appreciated — including me!”

The library currently holds two weekly Conversation Circles. Monday 5:30pm and Thursday 2 pm in library’s History Room (130).
