Grateful to the People That’ve Shown Me How To Pray

Grrr. It seems that life get’s beyond bearable for each of us. Not everyday (Thank God!) but sometimes the pressure is enough to make ya go batty. Like the times my tongue ties into a million knots because I don’t know what to say to someone who’s asking for help or insight. (And sometimes I am the one asking.)
Or those horrific moments in life when I find my heart is melting from a tragic life event.
Even in the good times, when my sides hurt from all the laughter. I find praying (not always out loud but under my breath too) to be good.

Not Knowing What To Do Or Say

I know I am not the only one that’s been at a loss for words towards someone in pain, and am so glad to have heard and seen an example of what to do when that presents itself. Pray. And sometimes take the person by the hand, admit that I have no idea what to do or say but that I’d be happy to pray with them for a moment.

Much gratitude to those along the way that have shown me how simple it is to speak a prayer, and how soothing!
