Kale is tasty? Yes. I can’t stop eating this salad. Here is the recipe for those that asked. The soy sauce and toasted sesame oil really lend an Asian inspired flavor. I first tried something like it when I picked up a kale salad at the local health food deli. (for the pic above, I added a couple pomegranate seeds).
Kale Sesame Salad Ingredients
1 bunch Kale
2 glugs olive oil
1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce (or Tamari)
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
1 chopped garlic clove
Chop kale & garlic, toss it all together until leaves are all coated.
I’ve found that it keeps great in the fridge and tastes great even a day or two later.
