What Do You Eat When You Are Crazy Busy?

What do you eat to stay at optimal health when you are crazy busy or stressed out?

I had a fun phone call earlier with my insanely comical actress friend Kathryn Vento. 

We gab about food all the time, and today was no different. 

Though because our schedule’s have been so hectic lately, today’s  conversation was all about what foods really pack a punch in the their vitamin/nutrition value. 

Here’s a few of the foods that I strive to get in my daily eating when I am working so much:
  • Apples*  
  • Avocado 
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil 
  • Garlic 
  • Extra Protein (Protein Shakes seem to be the fastest solution when I don’t have a chicken breast or fish fillet around.)  
  • Broccoli  
  • Parsley 
  • Nuts & Seeds (Like Almonds* and Sunflower Seeds) 
  • Yogurt (Love the greek style yogurt that’s loaded with protein)
*recommended as a super food by the Mayo Clinic 

What are some that you eat to stay at optimal energy and such? I am always looking for variety, so let me know.
